All Stars Information
General Information
- Each team will submit at least 1 player for the all-star game. Depending on seeding, some teams, may send more than a single player. Number of players per team will be sent out by the MAC League the week before the All-Star games.
- The top 3 seeds in each division will send a single coach to the game. The coach of the team with the highest seed will be the head coach for the game.
- All players at the All-Star game will be awarded a participation medal.
- Players selected for the All-Star game are determined by team coaches and/or their town leagues – not the MAC League. Each individual coach and/or town may select players based on their own selection criteria – which may or may not be based on talent and performance.
- Host locations must secure and pay for umpires, provide game balls, and line the fields for play.
- At the start of the game -
- Batting lineups are predetermined by the league seedings and posted in the document below.
- Players should be announced onto the field.
- The National Anthem should be played before the game.
- At the conclusion of the game -
- All Star Medals will be handed out to all players from both teams.
- A picture will be taken of all of the all stars together and sent into the league to be posted on the website and social media.

- Majors A - June 20th, 2026, 6pm (Player arrival by 5:15pm), Capital Field, Bolton
- Majors North - June 20th, 2026, 6pm (Player arrival by 5:15pm), Cow Pond Field 4, Groton
- Majors South - June 20th, 2026, 6pm (Player arrival by 5:15pm), DJ's Field, Maynard
- Minors North/South - June 20th, 2026, 6pm (Player arrival by 5:15pm), Cow Pond Field 2, Groton
- Minors East/West - June 20th, 2026, 6pm (Player arrival by 5:15pm), Pirone Park, Ayer
- Rookie - June 20th, 2026, 6pm (Player arrival by 5:15pm), Craven Field, Townsend
IMPORTANT - In the event of bad weather, the local host will make a decision at the 2 hour mark prior to game time if the game is a no go. If the event it is canceled, it will be held on Sunday June 21st, same time and locations.
RULES
Standard division rules apply for game play - with the following changes:
- Top 3 seeded teams send coaches, highest seed is Head Coach
- Games are 7 innings long & no time limits (can be called for darkness still)
- Batting lineup is continuous and is predetermined by the league seedings
- No pitcher can pitch in more than 1 inning
- Every player must be in the field for a minimum of 2 innings, and a maximum of 4
- In the Majors division, all balks are to be considered warnings
- Rookie Division will be played using Minors Rules with Umpire
