HowTo - Accept Invite

Step 1

You will receive an email from the league with an invite to your team. Click the blue text link for "Click here to accept invite!"

Important - this email has a high likelihood of ending up in your junk mail/spam folder. Check there, and make sure you mark the email as trusted so you do not miss future emails.

Step 2

If you do not already have an existing Crossbar account, please enter your email address and a password, followed by the black Sig Up button.

If you already have an account, click the black Log In Here text link.

Step 2A

After clicking the Sign Up button, you will get a notification to check your inbox.

Step 3

You will receive an email from Crossbar - not the league, asking you to activate your account.

Important - this email has a high likelihood of ending up in your junk mail/spam folder. Check there, and make sure you mark the email as trusted so you do not miss future emails.

Step 3b

Once you click the link if your email, you will be brought back to the login page. Ignore the "Send Verification Email" button in the red banner, and just go to the Account Login section and login with the email address and password you setup earlier.

Step 4

Once you accept the invite, you will get prompted to enter your name and mobile phone. It is important to make sure you enter accurate information here, so that other coaches are able to contact you.

Step 5

You should now see a link to be able to accept or decline the invite. Click the green Accept Invite button in order to connect to your team.

Step 6

You will now be asked to associate a participate to your login record. If you see participants here, make sure you select yourself and NOT your child. If you do not see any participants go to step 6a.

Step 6a

If you do not see any participants listed, you can click the black +New Participant button, and enter your name and date of birth.

Step 7

The last step, will be to select your Privacy Settings. It is very important that you select "Public (Email & Phone Number)". This is the only way that other coaches will be able to contact you in order to coordinate games.

Step 8

Assuming everything has been done correctly, when you hit the submit button, you will get a green banner notification that you have been successfully added to your team.
